I think the "Object" looks like a noseless guy's upper jaw. You can use the toothbrush to clean the cavities (the black dots). If you do not see the black dot, try brushing over the black part of the noseless guy's mouth. I tried to make it so the cavity wouldn't go into the black spaces, but I'm sorry if it doesn't work. TRY PRESSING SPACE! :DDD
The top jaw is from ThePancakeMan. I just colored it and added an upper lip. The cavity is not part of the jaw... P.S. Hey, TPM! You rock! :DDDD You deserve as many waffles as you have followers.
