Neon Rings! It's a game about neon rings. :P And it's also quite a challenge. There are instructions in the game already, just read them there. I hope it doesn't lag, it doesn't for me. :) If it does though, press "L" to reduce the lag and "L" again to bring back the particle effects. If there are any glitches that I might not be aware of, please let me know!
