After a massive explosion at a chemical factory charred most of his body, Norman Gibbs was sent to the E.R. with little chance of survival. Scientists took advantage of this by mutating him with Goat DNA to see if he would heal. But instead of heal, He became a grotesquely disfigured monster with horns and goat legs. His mind was so fractured that he thought he was a Demon sent to earth by Satan himself to relinquish the city of all living things. His power is that when he consumes the flesh and/or drinks the blood of a living thing, he heals. But this power has a drawback: he slowly rots away if he does not eat in a certain length of time.
