He feels that people would like him better this way than if he were himself. For a hobby he does archery, and if he ever leaves his place, hunts anything he can. He refuses to eat anything anyone gives him and will only eat meat he hunts and kills. So baisically he doesnt want the pizza cuz he only eats what he hunts
