oof so most of the info is in the project this is a totally original character, kinda inspired by my outfit yesterday (that doesn't really matter tho because none of you know what my outfit yesterday looked like) ummm i drew this with photoshop and a wacom bamboo graphics tablet. the character doesn't look that great because its very pixelated. i'm sure that if the resolution was higher it would look so much better
