1. Make a rectangle or circle with the rectangle or ellipse for a circle tool 2. Then use the reshape tool to crurve edges into shapes or spikes 3. Than use the pain dump tool to color the abstract shape with the color of your choice 4. Do that over and until you are satisfied with your abstract art.
Tip : Use different colors it will look better.
