I'll have a TLDR at the end just in case you don't have time to read it. ➳ Macy - https://sta.sh/01il0lo92y00 Foam - https://sta.sh/0lukvqe1mh1 Marble - In project! ➳ As I laid in bed, I thought about all the different things that could happen tomorrow. "Wake up sleepy bum." I hear Macy's familiar voice touch my ears. "I don't wanna...." I manage to mumble. I hear Macy give a soft sigh before coming over to nudge my shoulder. "Fine...." I tell her. "Hey, look! Isn't that pretty." Macy exclaimed. I look over in her direction and see a beautiful sunrise. "I.. guess so." I respond. "What's up with you?" Macy's question caught me slightly off guard. "I-I just have been.. thinking about stuff." "What kind of stuff?" Of course she had to ask that. "Well, I've been thinking about.. My family. Like what happened to them and why they left me." I heard her mumble to herself, but I couldn't make out what she said. It's so quiet. I'll start to count.. Ten seconds soon becomes twenty seconds, twenty seconds becomes thirty seconds. "So.. Are we gonna talk, or what?" It felt nice to break the silence. Macy looked at me with pity. She gave a heartfelt smile. "I never told you did I? About how I found you?" Now that I think about it, she hasn't. I shook my head and said "No. Not all of it." What will she say? "Well, today is your lucky day. One day, while hunting around for food, I heard what sounded like a kitten's mewl. I assumed that it was somecat else's, and continued on. As I passed by an alleyway, the sound was loudest there. I looked into it, and saw a tiny, wailing kitten. Immediately feeling pity for it, I walked up to it and smelled around to see if there was any scent. There wasn't. I curled up around you, and waited to see if anyone would come for you. Nobody did. I then took you up as my own." I'm in awe. It's not like the story was shocking or anything, but I just learned about how Macy found me. How I wasn't forced to live a life as a familyless, friendless, street cat. "I'm.. In awe. Thank you." "Am I... Interrupting?" I look over in the direction of the sound, and see a cat that I don't think lives here. "Wh.. Who are you? How did you find us? We live in an area of the alley that almost no one visits." Will that detour him? "I'm Foam. I smelled a familiar scent, and followed it." Familiar? I've never seen him, and I don't think Macy has either. "What do you mean by familiar? Neither of us have seen you before." Thank you Macy! Saved me from embarrassment. "It smelled like my kin.. You look a lot like my kids." Did he just.. POINT AT ME?? Is he my... FATHER?! "I found Marble abandoned in an alleyway! There was no scent around her! I waited for someone! I WAITED! But nobody came, no one cared to look for her!?" I've never seen Macy this upset before. "We lost one when traveling to the forest near here. We thought they died... We didn't look for them, we had to keep moving." "HOW DID YOU LOSE A KITTEN?!" Should I intervene..? "While we stopped to rest, our kittens were playing. Two of the three fell asleep quickly, but Marble got bored and wandered off." That makes sense.. "SHE'S MINE." Is that Macy? That doesn't sound like the Macy I know.. "Let Marble decide." (Foam) "Fine." (Macy) "Marble?"(Macy) "Who will you choose?" (Macy) "I-What?" (Marble) "You have to choose one or the other." (Foam) I just met my father! How do I even know he's not lying about it? I know Macy.. She's so nice.. She cared for me when no one else did. My father has a wife, and 2 other kids.. I do feel a little lonely sometimes.. "..." (Macy and Foam) "So?" (Foam) "Who do you choose?" (Macy) "..." (Marble) "I choose you, Macy." (Marble) "I'm your FATHER!" (Foam) "I HAVE A FAMILY WAITING FOR YOU!" (Foam) "Waiting for me?" (Marble) "MY WIFE NEVER GAVE UP ON YOU." (Foam) "I NEVER GAVE UP ON YOU." (Foam) "OUR CHILDREN NEVER GAVE UP ON YOU." (Foam) "Bring them here. That way we can all be together. As a family." (Marble) "But..!" (Foam) "..." (Foam) "Okay." (Foam) TLDR - Macy and Foam argue about 'owning' Marble, they then let her decide. Marble says to Foam to bring his family to their alley so they can live together.
