~FULLY READ THE NOTES + CREDITS TO BE ACCEPTED~ (DEADLINE NOT DECIDED YET.) hey guys! i decided to host a map because 1) i'm bored and want to do something and 2) idk i've wanted to do a map for a while, and i love this song so much (as well as everything in tgs) after reading the notes and credits, make sure to comment which parts you'd like to animate! PLEASE DON'T ANIMATE IN THE BACKDROP, IT'S ANNOYING AND CREATES EXTRA WORK FOR THE HOST. ANIMATE BY CREATING A SPRITE, NOT BY DRAWING ON THE BACKDROP.
READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO ENTER! ~~~~~ how many parts can i have? i'd usually say that you can have up to 3 parts in this map, so that other users can have parts for themselves, and because i don't want anyone to overwork themselves. however, since this map has varying lengths of parts, if you have a few short parts, i'd let you have 5 parts max. however, if you have a lot of schoolwork, or you're just busy in general, please don't take too many parts, i don't want you to spend too long on this. parts 13-16 ish are the biggest parts, so i'd prefer animators who are experienced or at least somewhat good at animating there. how many sprites can i use? i'd like the number of sprites each part uses to be no more than 3. if you took multiple parts, you could try to combine sprites and keep the number low, but if you can't, that fine. just make sure your animation works with what you're using, and try to keep the amount of lag in your part low. EDIT: I'M A HYPOCRITE AND I'M PROBABLY GONNA USE MORE THAN 3 SPRITES SO YOU CAN TOO BUT ONLY IF YOU NEED TO OKAY THANKS BYE how much time do i get on this? preferably, i'd like you to be finished with your parts by the end of january. if you get yours finished sooner, great! if you need an extension because your part is taking longer than expected, that's fine. talk to me if you think you'll need more time, or ask if you can give up your part if you're not sure if you'll be able to finish it.
