The scientist who was born on Krystal Island. She is also part of Team Elemental, and is the most active battler when it comes to inventing new weapons. Haley found her almost being buried alive when a small incident happened with an explosive weapon went off, and almost killed her. Haley took Rosy back to her Island, and made her and the others feel welcome to her lovely home. Rosy gets along pretty well with a robot named Jet Jaguar, and now they work together to help guard the Island and others who live there.
