It has to be new 2: If a part is taken it's taken if you want to be in the MAP really badly just find a new one (I'm not giving up mine) 3: please use your own OCs, but if you want to use a T.V, Movie, and book characters that's fine 4: don't use other peoples characters, unless in the project comments by the owner they say "I am letting them use my character" 5: have fun guys!
