Press the green flag to activate a cursor (random but it doesn't hurt to have a large cursor). Click on the item you want to buy to buy it. Click Done to calculate the prices and tax (the tax is 6% by the way). Press Reseto to reset prices. Click on the question apple to bring up this exact same thing (since you read his anyway you shouldn't have to read it)
