This is for a Science Special Topics Forensics Project, and since it was computer science week we did a Scratch Project. This is based off of two smaller projects we made: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/265626203/ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/265625501/ Purpose: to identify the suspect through the different modes, including handwriting and chromatography. (If you haven't noticed, the theme is Harry Potter) -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Instructions: ---------------- *******************For full screen to work, press Ctrl+m. Just press the green flag again if you want to switch between chromatography and handwriting and identifying the suspect. Handwriting: ---------------- When in interact mode, click on only ONE suspect, and also open the ransom note so you can compare the differences. With interact mode on, you are supposed to find the differences between the suspect evidence and the ransom note. Compare and contrast, and when you find a difference, click on it ON THE SUSPECT NOTE NOT THE RANSOM, and a green circle will tell you that you are correct, and a red means you are incorrect or have already clicked there before **Hint: There is only one spot to click for each prominent difference, and it will be placed at the most obvious spot. Press SPACE to show all the answers of the suspect your viewing in interact mode. Press "C" to clear all the green circles after you've done viewing them Chromatography: ----------------------- SPACE to restart (anytime, after applying water) Change the line width/length/type BEFORE pressing space (when you finish viewing the streak) - with the slider variables To repeat the model display, press "R" | **you can change the pen type before pressing "R" IT IS REALLY LAGGY TO VIEW THE MODEL AND APPLY THE WATER AT THE SAME TIME. So close the model beforehand.
