this was a glitch that happened with my Ultra ODF Powered Seismo PSA, i dont know how to do this with the real seismo mod, but the UODFP seismo PSA you press Down Special until he has a mouth, do the same thing to undo it. Note: yes i did mod the CAM iOS seismo model to have a mouth (he also has one in CAM PS2)
