Thanks to @LeiIani for hosting the contest! Almost every year, my parents and I head down to the Sunshine Coast for a sort of 'Family Getaway'. We always make sure to stop by Noosa Heads Main Beach for a day, or 7 xD. It has great waves down there and we always have a blast. I'm not the best surfer (but my Dad is pretty good), so I usually just bring my Boogie Board (a smaller, shorter surfboard) and ride the big waves with that instead. We rent an apartment right by the seaside so it's super easy access to the water.Plus there are many shops, cafes, restaurants and other fun facilities in walking distance. Since I live in the tropics of Australia, it can get REALLY HOT and humid. So when I go to the beach, it's typically CROWDED with people, but that doesn't stop my family and I jumping in the water!
