This is Foxfrost who had been meeting with the Cloudclan deputy (she is in Stormclan). But soon the current deputy retired, and she took his place. She then realized maybe since she was (maybe) going to become leader one day, she started having second thoughts about breaking the warrior code anymore. There was another cat, Dustclaw, that liked her, but even though he was nice, she didn't like him as well. Eventually, she decided to continue meeting Nightwhisker, but he had already moved on to Mosspool, another she-cat in Cloudclan. Mosspool ended up murdering Foxstar, and Dustclaw found her bleeding to death. After many moons of grieving, Dustclaw finally found another mate, Rainfeather. But he never did have the same feelings for her, nor did he want kits. Nightstar, however, was perfectly happy with Mosspool, whom of which he had made deputy. They had two she-cats together, Fernkit and Poppykit. Nightstar had been told that his old mate had been killed by a badger. But when he was killed in battle by Hailpaw, a Stormclan apprentice, he met her in Starclan, and was told the truth. Nightstar vowed to never again trust Mosspool, and refused to give her a life at the Moontree when she became leader. He and Foxstar are once again together in Starclan, and were very pleased to see Mossstar in the Dark forest when she lost her ninth life
