Depending on which mode you play the way you play will change... But no matter which mode the point of the game is the same. Try your best not to touch the red dots (the cancer). The purple dot is you, and it will follow your mouse. Collect the coins to make you smaller and gain points!
My favorite mode is probably Redirect, because it's the most challenging.
