@Lumweon I could have actually done an original character but I decided to use my warriorsona instead so haha I don't know anymore Name: Briarcloud Gender: She-cat/molly/female, she/her Backstory (going with Flameclan because I consider that more official to her character): Briarcloud's parents were loners that joined the clan about a year before kitting. She has three siblings, and one, Seedkit, was stillborn. Her time in the nursery was average, except for her indecisiveness about whether she could become a medicine cat, since she had a good connection to Starclan and liked the idea of healing, or a warrior, which appealed to her more adventurous and active side. In the end, she became a warrior, and her mentor was the leader, Blackstar. Her sister, Owlpaw at the time, became a medicine cat, while her brother, Bearpaw, joined her as a warrior apprentice. However, partway through their apprenticeship, Bearpaw grew bored of clan life and left to find his own path, leaving Briarpaw with just her sister Owlpaw. Briarpaw pushed past this, knowing she would see her brother again another time, and continued her own training, now with no other warrior apprentices close to her age. She was a fast learner, and eventually became a warrior, earning her name Briarcloud, because of her gentle nature and for daydreaming often (has her head in the clouds, get it?). At some point she gets injured and her ear gets cut, I haven't decided specifics for that yet. In her late apprenticeship and early warriorship, she grew a platonic crush on one of the other medicine cat apprentices, and her best friend, Littlepaw. Littlepaw shared these feelings, and by the time they had earned their medicine cat name, Littlethroat, the two were dating (still platonically). Fortunately, this wasn't against the rules (unlike the canon clans, why is that even not allowed it's a stupid rule). After a couple moons, a young kittypet joined the clan, now named Weaselpaw, and Briarcloud became their mentor. At first, Briarcloud feared messing up, and her anxiety was bouncing around with the fact that she actually had to teach someone, when explaining things was never her strong suit. In the end, Blackstar's judgement of giving her this apprentice was well done, and the mentor and apprentice made a good pair. Briarcloud's worries eventually went away, and Weaselpaw earned their warrior name (which I haven't decided yet lol). However, at this time, Blackstar was down to her last couple lives, and when the deputy, Skystream, retired to the elders' den, Blackstar chose Briarcloud as the new deputy. Once again, Briarcloud was terrified at the responsibility, and feared that her leader had made the wrong choice, and should have chosen someone more experienced. But the leader was proven right once again, and when she finally passed away and Briarcloud became Briarstar, she made an excellent leader.
