Hey so I dunno about this scratch 3.0 thing..... I mean I don't really like the drawing process on it anymore. So instead of bothering Scratch..... Does anyone here know any good websites that I can draw on.... For free maybe? Is it even against the rules to ask that? (Please tell me if it is before doing anything)....
