It was full of lush forests with loads of plant and animal species. Basil loved exploring it all. She longed to discover everything and write books about them. She also loved books. Her father, a rich explorer, built an entire library for her where she hung out almost all the time, just reading. Then one day, her father asked if she'd like to go exploring. She said yes, obviously. They were going to the north pole of their planet, near Red territory. When they got there, it was freezing. There were barely any trees at all. Then they were found by a Red. She was called Rose. She was adventurous, extrovert, and bossy, but they became the best of friends. When the Sectors all went to war, Basil and Rose volunteered to take the trip on Jambali(the purple)'s ship, and their lives were changed forever... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Basil was in the ship's library. Again. She absolutely loved it. All those books just waiting to be read. It was the only medicine for her homesickness. She longed for the lush rainforests of the Green Sector, where everything was so serene and peaceful. It was incredibly different to the environment she was in now. Five growling, snarling Rainbow Cats trading insults and cuts and bruises, not including Jambali, the purple. Even Rose was involved. "Basil!"yelled Jambali from the other side of the door,"Pack your stuff! We're going!" "Okay!"Basil yelled back, gathering as many books as possible into a giant pile, and kicked open the door. "Do you need any help with that?"Ringo asked, popping up beside Jambali. "Um, yeah?"Basil answered shyly. As the Orange lifted a few books off her pile and wandered towards the ramp that connected the ship to the land, Basil wondered about his readiness to help her. It looked like he had a crush on her, but didn't know how to hide it. Did he act that way towards Fawn and Rose as well? Maybe he was just super-agreeable all the time.
