If your health is at 0 you will die. Thirst decreases by 0.1 when you move, and decreases by 0.1 in 120 seconds when you are doing nothing. You can drink from water by pressing the D key. Hunger decreases by 1.0 when you move and when you sit still it decreases by 0.1 in 180 seconds.
