Happy New Year! 2019 is now here. That also means... Scratch 3.0 is tomorrow! I hope that I will be able to adjust and continue to make projects. I've been wanting to get something out for the new year and for my last project of 2.0, so I spent a few hours making this. I tried some new shading techniques, so hopefully you like it (if you have any constructive criticism or tips, feel free to share)! This is a character that I got back when I did PoP, who I love but have never draws.
