Basic Chromatic Aberration "shader" for scratch.
Very buggy. Ineffecent way of doing this; clones flash often, and the semi-working solution I used creates extra clones and lag. DO NOT RUN ON TURBO MODE. On Turbo Mode it creates several extra clones causing lag, and breaks the movement system.
