Press the green flag! Then, type in what language you would like to translate to. Next, type in a word/sentence you would like to translate. And then, voila! Scratch Cat will tell you the translation and the voice will say it.
Made very quickly :) Although my first thoughts on Scratch 3.0 are negative, I do have hope for the translate and text to speech feature. Thanks to Google for the Google Translate Logo!
