Drag the mouse on your desktop to move the pointer across the screen and press the left mouse button twice while the pointer controlled by the mouse is hovering above the icon that looks like a green flag. Or, just double click the green flag. Mobile friendly :D This game (if you can even call it a game) is where you press the button. And that's it. Have fun.
