For Scratch Team: This project does NOT constitute as a form of unmoderated chat. Users select a bubble which corresponds to an answer. There is no free response answer format, so people cannot create content and send it over the cloud. This is an equivalent of a chat with premade phrases (which is allowed), only not in real time. With a limit of 8 answer choices per question, you can't even ask for digits 0-9. The most sensitive thing you could ask for is what continent someone is from, and Scratch locations specify country.
