It's pretty easy to make this design, and I'm sure pretty much anybody can learn how to do it very quickly. To make the drips, you just go from 100x to 50x to 10x. Then choose your colors, add some text and boom!
The only inspiration for this drawing was from ZEKE2468. He saw me trying to attempt to make a holographic design, and thought it looked like drips! So I decided to make this instead.
