Click on the Green Flag to Start and then click on the screen and then watch. The intent is that the sounds from this program can be copied into your own clock program, so you can make it talk. Note: This program will be entered in the 10 Blocks Scratch Design Studio Competition, so that is why this set of 10 blocks were used. Rev2 adds the words Clock, noon and midnight. So instead of saying 10-Oh-Oh for 10 AM you can make it say 10-Oh-Clock AM. Rev3 adds the words Zero, Hundred, Hours, Minutes and Seconds so you can Speak Military Time.
Created a list of words in Text Edit (on a Mac) "O,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,30,40,50,AM,PM", played the words back with the Mac Text to Speech converter and captured an MP3 file using Audio Hijack Pro. Used the Scratch Sound Editor to separate each word. Look in the "Cosmic Clocks Studio" and the "Cosmic DESIGN Studio" for resources to make your own clock.
