Just type in letters and it translates them. I couldn't find a rune for "V" or"X", so I just put a black square. Sorry, you can't backspace. Some of this may be inaccurate, but i'm pretty proud of myself for making this. To enter, press "1".
I don't know much about the origins of these runes. I DO know that they only have straight lines because they were carved into wood and stone, and it's super hard to carve bent lines with a stick. Also, they were written with quills, and quills have basically a tiny blade that spews ink.
