Press Space Bar or the balloon. The orange number shows the number of clicks. The goal is to get to the highest number of clicks. At a random time between 1 and 50 clicks, the balloon will pop. The screen will say your score, but it will count as 0. however, if BEFORE your balloon pops you press the finish button, your score will count and will be added to the global clicks.
