Click in the green box (make sure it is near the middle, and that you actually click it, not just tap it), and after you have clicked it, press keys one or two. Then, use the arrow keys to run away from the red thingers. You are the green circle. There is no retry yet, so I will try to update this. You have to restart the game if you die to try again.
I got the idea for this game from @theniftyarrow who created a game called Chase. There is a third enemy in level one now
