Left 4 Dead funny moment number three. Happened on the custom campaign Dead City by ilcannibal. The finale takes place in a subway station, where the rescue vehicle is a train. I was playing single player with AI bots. Unfortunately, the AI seems to prioritise rescuing teammates over escaping.
