I actually have been planing on doing this meme for almost a year but I never found I way to actually do it because I'm still learning how to do frame-by-frame animation and anatomy but when I saw @juliaSanslover's I knew that this was my chance to get some form of the meme out there. Coding for backdrop and tail by me, I also tweaked the coding in the circle in the background.
