The perfect anime doesn't exi- actually never mind. Howl's Moving Castle is my favourite anime (and films do count) and one of my favourite films of all time. It's a film that I once tried to think of things wrong with it, but I couldn't think of anything wrong with it. I think it's the only piece of media I've seen that I think is perfect. And the theme song just adds so much to it. There's also a vocal theme for this movie called The Promise of the World, and I might do a project of that too
Merry Go Round of Life was composed by Joe Hisaishi. He did a very good job at composing the theme! Also credit tae Studio Ghibli (the studio that made Howl's Moving Castle) and Hayao Miyazaki (the director of the film). And also Diana Wynne Jones (who's sadly, no longer with us) who wrote the original book that the film was based on.
