Pretty simple.. Just run the sim and change the temperature. See how the water molecules behave as the temp changes from 0 to 100 and back. Notice that below 100 c, some molecules escape the container and can be carried away by air currents. Evaporation, condensation, boiling and freezing. Hmm. Isn't water amazing.
