If it isn't saving, you are experiencing a glitch in Scratch 3.0. You will find that in the project, a cloud variable is set to what it is supposed to be, but in the cloud data history, it doesn't show up. This is due to a glitch that lets only 2 cloud variables to be set in a single frame.
