He was supposed to be one out of five people who were going to have there shuttle (Galaxy 12) controlled from the moon, the company knew a small error, one of the consoles were malfunctioning *i love that word <3* but the company brushed that off because it was to expensive to replace it. When the launch was set and counting, they left off and in mid flight the shuttle exploded *:''0 oh nose!*, he was left a only survivor, he injured his head really baddly which, in time, made him mad. *exhales DONE*
