[I use color blocks to plan things out b4 putting the actual color] 4. 2/22/19 more hat progress obviously, this is ms paint bc-- well, LOOK AT MY USERNAME ota with egg you can tell which parts I found easier to work on haha i should do the eyes--- i like the arms tho :3 AHAHA LOOK AT THOSE BLANK EYES it's a work-in-progress, but any tips while I'm at it?
