You have a military base. Buy shipments of workers to make more money. Try to get to 100 workers before the real challenge starts. Once you get 100 workers you can start training workers into soldiers. You need 100 soldiers to defeat the Russians and win the game. If you run out of soldiers you lose. You need the sleeping quarters to get soldiers. Sleeping quarters also gives you 2 times money.
