This is Charlie! ( aka ice cream cat ) and I'd just like to say that although this took FOREVER it was very fun to make as Charlie seems a bold and upbeat character. ( btw if u zoom in u will see that i did some shading in places like the scarf, teeth, eye, nose and ears )
