Yay, I finished!!! The background took about 15 minutes and then the blinking animation...25 minutes...for a simple animation. There's a slight bit of shading. Then I added the lighting effects. There's a slight flash when it starts to brighten up, that's the lightning! Well, anyways, at least I finished it!
