Finally, I made this muti-functional window UI element. The window is based on pen. It can be moved and scaled. There are also the three control buttons.(which, are always in Windows and OS X, you know.) ###Does not need Turbo Mode!### Sadly, because of the pen function in scratch is limited on one stage(which means when you clear the ink it clears everything),only one window can appear on the stage once. The whole window function is packed into one sprite, so you can just export the sprite to your own projects.
