You might (or might not its ok) be able to tell that the character is supposed to be Rapunzel. Tell me if you think it looks like Rapunzel or not. The dress was inspired from the Disney movie "Tangled". Everything else was ,well, inspired entirely by me? (lol I don't know how you put this) If you can see that there is anything I can improve please tell me. I will happily accept critique to try and improve my art skills/this drawing.
