I've noticed that a lot of people think that Scratch Team wants to kick animation meme creators off the website. I don't think this is true, although I do think that ST doesn't want memes on scratch. I think I've figured out why. I've noticed a pattern, it's not the high quality stuff that gets featured, it's the creative stuff. Scratch is about imaging, programming, and sharing. Most memes only have the programming and sharing part. Scratch team doesn't want us off the site they just want the memes off the site. I believe we can change their mind. We need to make creative memes. We need to make something original. I can picture the revolutionary day were the first meme gets featured. Not top loved or remixes, actually featured. I have seen some creative memes but Scratch Team wants something more creative. Here's a list of things that 90 percent of memes have. 1. Tweening 2. unoriginal character designs 3. boring angles 4. scenery backdrops found on google If you look at this list and do the opposite your meme is already creative. If you want an example of a creative meme look a the bloom meme. It doesn't follow anything from this list. This whole thing applies to me too. My memes aren't creative, but I'm gonna change that. Of course I can't speak for Scratch Team but this is my theory on why they are not a fan of the meme community on scratch. If you agree with me remix and sign your name.
