So what I'm thinking is she has the head of a Fennec fox, the body of a lion (proportionate to the head, obviously) with huge whitish feathery wings and the tail of a lion but instead of brown fur on the end she has a tuft of whitish feathers. She's very muscular, and her name is Surai.
