Big thanks to @Simmons_Alex for the tanks! The Russian tanks look like that because they are just captured German tanks. Defend the Fort. Stalin is held up in his fort by Scermany. Scranada keeps sending reinforcements, but are blocked by Scermany tanks at the border of Scermany. Therefore, leaving the Russians thinking Scranada is not helping them anymore.
