Press the green flag and let the image load fully. Then look at the image for a while and comment on what it looks like to you. There isn't a specific thing you should be looking for (the image randomizes every time). There is no wrong answer. Anything that you think you see is right, it is a test of imagination.
Update: Thanks to @DANISON for telling me about the run without refresh block. Now you can run it without turbo mode for the people who were confused about that. This is basically like spotting things in clouds. Some people can look at a cloud and see something that someone else could not see at all. If you look at it long enough then your brain sometimes will piece together a picture. When I was a kid I would sometimes stare at a carpet when I was really bored and sort of trace the dots to make a picture. There was not really anything there but if I looked at it for a while I would sometimes see stuff. Some people might just not get this.
