New Contest! This is a CC, and the theme is Paper Moon or Black Paper Moon! Paper Moon is the 2nd opening of Soul Eater. Press space for example. Rules: ~No changing the music ~No changing the lineart unless it's for {see below and in the notes} ~You may add little animations like fireflies or wind blowing. That is the only reason you can change the lineart. Or to add animations to the girl. *Or see below in notes. ~You are free to color it however you want, as long as it doesn't go against any other rules. ~You may only enter ONCE. ~No copying the example or other entries. (In my other contest, I had 4 entries of the same thing) If you are unsure, check the other entries. ~A LITTLE blood is okay. *Rules are subject to change based on questions asked about them. Tips: ~Add shading!! Shading is good! ~Be creative! Make the stars purple or the mountain rainbow colored! ~Animations = Better chance of winning!
