The color pallet is inside the project -you can use any character or Oc, but please don’t use stick people. -max of three sprites -only one part per person -please try to lip sync, if you can’t, that’s understandable -this isn’t a pmv map, please try to animate. If you must do a pmv part, I will allow it, but try to make it really smoothe with lots of art and stuff -the codeword is majestic, but to get in you need to hide it somewhere in your comment! -no blood or gore.
