I made this in another software called IBSPaint X. I was going to make a galaxy, but that didn’t turn out too well. Maybe next time. Anyways... The usage rights... This is ok to use without credit (keep the credit on the image), just load it into your backpack inside. You can use it then as a Sprite Costume or a Backdrop.
