I'm not sure if this works but I think I got advanced diagonal movement with acceleration. took me 5 minutes to program but it is my first time doing it. If you can improve tell me. It kind of looks accelerated, we can increase and decrease the acceleration though. The difficulty level resets when each clone is replicated.
Updated it and made buttons have effects. The ghost and color effects are the only ones that seem to work well, but the color works best with the size change. The ghost would work better without the size change as it would be more noticeable.
